1. Do you provide a contract?
   YES - We provide our customer a contract for their protection, as well as ours. We want to ensure that our customer’s limo that has been reserved does not get rented to someone else. A contract seals the vehicle and date for which you have reserved it for.
   
   
2. May I view the limousines prior to reservation?
   YES – We welcome our customers to view first hand our limousines before making reservations. You can tour our fleet either here on our website or in person. Call our office to make arrangements if you wish to view them in person.
   
   
3. Are the chauffeurs suited for all events?
   YES – Our chauffeurs are required to dress business attire or semi-formal.
   
   
4. Are we properly licensed and insured?
   YES – We have all state and county licenses required to operate in Southwest Florida. We also maintain proper insurance on all of our fleet.
   
   
5. What credit cards do you accept?
   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.
   
   
6. Can I rent a limousine for a flat rate?
   YES – We offer blocks of rental time. Purchasing blocks of time allows you to rent our limos at a discounted price.
   
   
7. Do you offer corporate discount rates?
   YES – Contact our office for more details.
   
   
8. Is smoking or pets allowed in your vehicles?
   We pride ourselves at having spotlessly clean vehicles for your luxury travel. While we all love our pets, they shed and occasionally have accidents. We do permit service dogs in our vehicles. However, it is the responsibility of the owner to pay for any damages that may occur or any additional cleaning that may be necessary.
   
   
9. Do you provide airport transportation?
   YES – We are authorized with the Port Authority to pick and drop off customers from Fort Myers airport. We also provide service to Tampa and Fort Lauderdale airports.
